Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position working on a Sunday to Thursday roster, requiring close collaboration with the Store Manager to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for leading by example, developing and mentoring a high-performing team, and fostering a culture of excellence within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management Support
    • To lead by example, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive work environment.
    • To develop and mentor a high-performing team, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Style, Selling & Service
    • To engage customers through personalized styling advice and product knowledge, driving sales and brand loyalty.
    • To educate customers about the brand's unique features and benefits, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
  • Operations
    • To collaborate with Warehouse and Operations Support teams to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
    • To manage back-of-house operations, including stock replenishment, inventory control, and click-and-collect order fulfillment.
  • Communication
    • To maintain open communication channels with the team, ensuring timely sharing of information and updates.
