The Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to residents within our established policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality clinical care, including medication delivery and personal care services, to residents within established policies and procedures.
- Provide clinical support to Registered Nurses and leadership to care service employees.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Current APHRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse Division 2.
- 2+ years' experience working within Residential Aged Care services.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and understanding of the ageing process.
- Demonstrated high level of analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people.
- Ability and commitment to working as part of a team.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work without supervision.
- Good organisational and time management skills, including the ability to establish priorities and plan work.
- Basic Life Support accreditation.
- A competitive wage of $36.23 plus penalties and allowances.
