Clinical Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team at McLean Care, a well-respected provider of community, retirement, and aged care lifestyle services and options. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to residents within established policies, guidelines, and procedures of McLean Care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and first-line supervision to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees.
- Manage systems to ensure staff are able to provide optimum levels of care, maximize funding income, and operate within budget parameters.
- Oversee the development of care plans and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act 1997 and Principles.
- Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and/or their families/representatives.
- Current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- 5+ years' experience in provision of clinical leadership.
- Demonstrated understanding of individualized care provision and care planning processes.
- Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience in managing compliance.
- Competence in financial management, including experience in managing claims for aged care subsidies and funding AN-ACC.
- A competitive salary of $124,000 plus super.
- $6,000 RN bonus, each six (6) months pending eligibility.
- Salary packaging (up to $18,900 net) to increase your take-home pay.
