About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in their daily lives. This may include household chores, medication management, social inclusion, and community access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily living activities such as household chores and grocery shopping
  • Assist clients with medication management and medical appointments
  • Encourage social inclusion and community access through activities such as holidays, fishing, and camping
  • Support clients with fitness and wellbeing activities
  • Help clients develop independent living skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Blue Card for Working with Children (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
  • NDIS Worker Screening (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
  • A driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Completion of NDIS E-Learning modules
  • A smartphone with internet access
