Job Title: Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care services to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, domestic assistance, transportation, and medication reminders.
  • Working autonomously and as part of a team to deliver respectful and caring services.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Community, or Disability Services
  • Australian National Police check
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Driver's licence and reliable car
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Passion for empowering and caring for individuals in a community setting
