Banking Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Consultant to join our team at Westfield Warringah Mall NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing the financial needs of customers and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate opportunities for deposits and home lending using our agreed sales process.
- Provide recommendations to the Branch Manager for initiatives to improve sales performance.
- Assess customer needs through open and targeted communication, and recommend appropriate options.
- Provide accurate and timely service by processing transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Actively promote and support customers in the use of alternative electronic distribution methods.
- Support and demonstrate a risk management culture in line with our values.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commercial, or finance are desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in a retail customer sales and service environment.
- Analytical skills to develop solutions and courses of action.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately check and process tasks.
- Change management skills to recognize and support the need for change.
- Commercial acumen to recognize and implement business strategies.
- Effective communication skills to convey and explain information.
