About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in radio network planning, design, and optimization, with a focus on GSM, UMTS, and LTE technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize radio networks for maximum performance and efficiency
  • Develop and implement radio planning strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Familiarity with radio planning related link-budget tools, simulation tools, and capacity management tools
  • Experience with Nokia/Ericsson Single RAN equipment and planning tools
  • Strong understanding of radio network planning principles and best practices

Requirements:

  • More than 5+ years of experience in radio network planning, design, and optimization
  • Experience with radio network planning related tool chains of Australian Telco
  • Familiarity with Atoll (Mandatory) and Actix/Mapinfo/Office/Database tools as optional
  • Successful team cooperation experience in similar projects
