As a Senior Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise daily and periodic cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to manage staff duties and maintain service coverage.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members.
  • Support infection control procedures and specialized cleaning in high-risk areas, including training and mentoring staff on best practices.
  • Manage inventory and waste reduction practices to minimize costs and reduce environmental impact.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in healthcare or a similar environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing rosters, coordinating daily operations, and making informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Competent in managing inventory, waste reduction, and sustainability initiatives, with a focus on reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Ability to hold or obtain relevant certifications and clearances, such as a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
