Job Title: Business Development Manager

 

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for building and growing strong partnerships with host employers across various trades, supporting apprentice placement and re-placement, and promoting the full suite of our services to schools, employers, and community stakeholders.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Has experience in sales, recruitment, employment services, or similar.
  • Is comfortable engaging with businesses, schools, and community groups.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a relationship-focused role.
  • Ideally has experience within the GTO, RTO, or vocational training sectors (but not essential).
  • Is tech-savvy and confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Holds a Certificate IV in Business, Sales, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
  • Holds a current driver's license and Working with Children clearance (or be willing to obtain).
