Salary:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive paid study time and professional development opportunities to support your career growth.

Job Description:

The Trainee Educator role at Goodstart Early Learning is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a career in early childhood education. As a Trainee Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years, while also completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
