**Job Opportunity:** Environment and Cultural Support Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Environment and Cultural Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for monitoring key environmental parameters, coordinating environmental inspections, and supporting site-wide environmental awareness campaigns.

 

The successful candidate will have experience in environmental systems, water testing, and collaborative working. They will also possess strong planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities, as well as effective facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor key environmental parameters to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and environmental agreements.
  • Coordinate and timely schedule environmental inspections and monitoring around site to ensure compliance with environmental obligations.
  • Support site-wide environmental awareness campaigns and contribute to the delivery of staff training initiatives.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in environmental systems (desirable).
  • Experience with water testing (desirable) or willingness to obtain.
  • Collaborative and innovative individual who executes continuous improvement initiatives and conversations.
  • Experienced diary/calendar management.
  • Strong support and/or customer focus in previous roles.
