Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to spearhead the automation and integration of various risk systems, enabling us to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks more effectively.

This strategic initiative focuses on streamlining business processes and workflows to facilitate efficient automation and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights into business needs and requirements for seamless automation and integration.
  • Lead the integration activities for risk systems, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Analyze complex business processes and workflows to optimize automation and integration.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Transformation Specialist with a focus on automation and system integration projects.
  • Experience working with risk systems, preferably with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
