Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our Managed Services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our key accounts, overseeing maintenance and conducting audits nationally, and managing generator building load tests.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Execution: Manage the day-to-day operations of our key accounts, oversee maintenance and conduct audits nationally, manage generator building load tests, and coordinate activities to ensure SLAs are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to expand the Global Services offering and make direct representation to prospects and customers to expand the service business.
- Planning, Process and Reporting: Work collaboratively with the Managed Services Manager to develop short- and long-range business plans, initiate, lead and manage an extensive and diverse range of projects which increase operational sales performance.
- Trade or Engineering qualifications desirable
- Servicing Critical Infrastructure in a 24/7 environment
- Previous experience with Data Centre or Telecommunications sectors would be an advantage
- Previous exposure to a service project management environment
- Exposure in the Mechanical/Electrical Contracting Service Industry
- High level interpersonal and negotiation skills
