Job Title: Operations Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Team Global Express. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety, performance, and resourcing for specified operational areas and/or operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all activities and resources associated with the branch to achieve agreed objectives
  • Optimise profitability and business efficiency with a strong customer focus
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities and hold team members to account
  • Identify and action process improvements
  • Engage support from other functional leads

Requirements:

  • Transport leadership experience in a similar role, supervising a diverse team
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, initiative, and ability to multi-task
  • Problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement
