Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to plan and coordinate support project activities, including liaison with stakeholders to establish timelines and resources requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting and attending to enquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Providing high-level advice and escalating more complex enquiries to the appropriate responsible staff
  • Liaising with stakeholders to establish timelines and resources requirements for support project activities

The successful candidate will be required to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a higher education setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
