Senior Associate Family Law Expert

This is a senior role in our Family Law team, where you will work alongside Accredited Specialists in Family Law and seasoned veterans who will be able to mentor you further in your career. You will be given the title of Senior Associate in Family Law and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a wide variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, spousal maintenance, and domestic violence cases.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate and strategic advice tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Represent clients in court, showcasing your litigation skills and ensuring their best interests are protected.
  • Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, including the Partners, who are experts in family law.
  • Take advantage of continuous learning opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
  • Utilise cutting-edge legal technology and resources to provide efficient and effective solutions for clients.
  • You will be in charge of your own team and training and developing them in efficient Family Lawyers.

Requirements:

  • Must have 5 Years PAE in Family Law, preferably from private practice (other law firms).
  • Accredited Specialist desirable.
  • Ability to achieve billable targets (5.5-6.5hrs) and manage a team of Paralegals and Juniors.
  • Track record of team management and developing team members.
  • Good attitude and willingness to work hard.
