Senior Associate Family Law Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a Senior Associate in Family Law. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, and spousal maintenance cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, and spousal maintenance cases.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing compassionate and strategic advice tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Represent clients in court, showcasing your litigation skills and ensuring their best interests are protected.
  • Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, including Partners who are experts in family law.
  • Take advantage of continuous learning opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
  • Utilize cutting-edge legal technology and resources to provide efficient and effective solutions for clients.

Requirements:

  • Must have 5 years of experience in Family Law, preferably from private practice.
  • Accredited Specialist desirable.
  • Ability to achieve billable targets (5.5-6.5 hours) and manage a team of Paralegals and Juniors.
  • Track record of team management and developing team members.
  • Good attitude and willingness to work hard.
