Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the hospitality operations team and oversee the management of multiple hotel kitchens.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service delivery standards, maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, and managing staff effectively.

They will also be expected to train team members, ensure they maintain a professional manner, and stay up-to-date with hotel events and kitchen requirements.

  • Supervise kitchen stewards and oversee daily operations.
  • Rostering, delegation of duties, and administrative tasks as required.
  • Train team members in a professional manner and keep them updated on hotel events.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and tidy working environment for all hotel outlet kitchens.
  • Ensure food hygiene and Workplace Health and Safety requirements are met.
  • Maintain and clean kitchen storerooms at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the hospitality operations team.
  • Overseeing the management of multiple hotel kitchens.
  • Ensuring high service delivery standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
  • Managing staff effectively.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a senior supervisory capacity within a 4-5 star hotel or similar F&B environment.
  • 4-5 star hotel experience in a high-volume operation.
  • Proven experience in meeting quality, safety, and high service standards.
  • Ability to work across a rotating 7-day roster.
  • A strong understanding of Food Safety, HACCP, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
