Job Description:

We're seeking motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as Bar, Gaming & Floor Staff in a fast-paced and vibrant environment. Our venues offer a great selection of bars, gaming lounges, award-winning function & event facilities, food outlets & sporting facilities.

You'll work in one of our four local venues: Wests League Club, Country Club Gledswood Hills, Lakeside Golf Club, or The Sherwood. As a Bar, Gaming & Floor Staff member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working a mix of days, nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ensuring impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills at all times.
  • Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Availability to work across core business hours - Thursday to Sunday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Current RSA & RCG Certificates.
  • Provisional or full Drivers Licence.
