Lounge 32 F&B Attendant
We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and passionate individual to join our esteemed Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney as a Lounge 32 Attendant , where every interaction with our guests is an opportunity to create a memorable and personalised experience. As a Lounge 32 F&B Attendant, you will be a familiar and friendly face for our most valued guests, delivering thoughtful service throughout their day – from breakfast through to evening canapés.
Your role will be to provide heartfelt hospitality in our exclusive Lounge 32 Attendant, offering seamless food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs, and sharing your local knowledge to enhance their Sydney experience. You will work closely with both the Culinary and Front Office teams to ensure a consistent and luxurious standard is maintained at all times, helping to create a calm and elegant environment for both business and leisure travellers.
What you will do :
- Deliver attentive and intuitive food and beverage service across breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening service periods in Lounge 32.
- Build rapport with returning and long-stay guests, remembering preferences and ensuring a personalised experience.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented lounge at all times, ensuring food stations are replenished and lounge standards are upheld.
- Assist with guest enquiries, dining reservations, and local recommendations with warmth and confidence.
- Collaborate with other departments to anticipate and deliver on guest expectations.
What you will bring :
A passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest service with grace and enthusiasm.Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people from all walks of life.Experience in a similar luxury hotel, lounge, or high-end restaurant setting.A positive, professional attitude and attention to detail.The ability to work a flexible roster including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Barista or basic beverage knowledge is an advantage.What we offer :
