The role of a Heavy Plant Operator is integral to the success of our Major Projects team based at Moruya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for competently operating heavy plant and attachments, working collaboratively with the Construction Coordinator and Assistant Works Supervisors to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating backhoes and various items of heavy plant including trucks, rollers, tractors, and small plant equipment
  • Assisting in construction and maintenance activities
  • Working effectively with colleagues to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
Requirements:
  • Experience in operating heavy machinery
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
