About the Role
We are seeking a Loss Mitigation Officer to work with our clients to assist and resolve the impact of financial hardship. As a Loss Mitigation Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, creating tailored solutions for clients experiencing financial hardship, and developing a positive rapport with clients by being empathetic, conscientious, and responsible.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely and effective resolution of financial hardship
- Creating tailored solutions for clients experiencing financial hardship, taking into account their individual circumstances and needs
- Developing a positive rapport with clients by being empathetic, conscientious, and responsible, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
About You:
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone
- You have a natural empathy with clients and the ability to deal with sensitive circumstances, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed
