Ageing and Disability Support Trainer Educator

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • a qualification at a minimum level of Certificate III or above in Individual, Ageing or Disability Support
  • minimum three years post-qualification industry experience, gained no longer than five years previously
  • a commitment to maintaining and developing Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as industry currency and trainer/assessor competence

In this role, you will be teaching and prioritising workloads across multiple campuses and modes of delivery. You will also meet the challenges of teaching students with diverse needs and abilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality education and training to students
  • Managing workload and achieving a better work-life balance
