Job Description:

Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineering professional to lead our asset management projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering operational readiness activities, developing preventative maintenance plans, collaborating with vendors and suppliers, reviewing and implementing asset management systems, and providing technical support and guidance to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
  • Extensive experience in maintenance and/or operations, preferably in hydrocarbons, manufacturing or mining environments;
  • Experience developing and managing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and/or integrity systems and databases;
  • Confidence with Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and Equipment Hierarchy development;
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
