About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Affinity Education Group. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in guiding our educators to implement programs, follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and share the excitement of child-led discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and mentor our educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
  • Develop and implement programs that align with the EYLF and National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Build strong relationships with our families and educators to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS requirements.

About You

  • You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
  • You have a current Working with Children's Check.
  • You are passionate about developing the skills and knowledge of our educators and children.
