About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join CC Medical as a Clinical Leader in Child and Youth Mental Health, providing clinical leadership to our community child and youth mental health program.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality psychiatric services for young people 0-18 years of age, working within a framework of evidence-based services, recovery focused and trauma informed care.
- Assess and treat children and young people at various sites across the north-west Tasmania region, including outreach clinics, residences, and hospital emergency departments.
- Participate in clinical reviews, provide consultancy services for other team members, and ensure clinical governance requirements are met across the clinical stream.
- Promote and maintain close links with specialist, general practitioners, and service providers to ensure continuity of patient care.
About the Area
The successful applicant will be working in a vibrant port city situated along a stunning stretch of Tasmania's north-west coastline. The area offers a contemporary museum, arts centre, galleries, boutiques, eateries serving locally grown fresh produce, diverse shopping options, and stunning coastal drives.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary package of $400,000 - $550,000 per annum, plus a generous relocation allowance for the family.
