Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising teams, leading by example and achieving business objectives. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, supervising employees, training and development of all staff, and ensuring the store meets key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Supervising employees, including juniors
  • Training and development of all staff
  • Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns
  • Running a drive-thru service
  • Food preparation, including deep fryer and grill use
  • Cash handling and register operation
  • Cleaning and maintaining the store
Qualifications:
  • Strong and demonstrated supervisor experience
  • Leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
  • Flexibility and able to adapt to change
  • Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order
  • Training and development experience desirable
