VCE and VET Compliance Specialist
About the Role
- This is an exciting opportunity to lead compliance efforts in a dynamic organisation.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving compliance systems, frameworks, and practices across VCE and VET offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain ongoing compliance with relevant authorities, including VCAA, ASQA, VRQA, and Skills First funding requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance matters to staff across the organisation.
- Review and verify curriculum development, training packages, and assessment tools to ensure quality assurance.
- Manage relationships with key regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience managing audits and compliance reviews.
- Experience verifying trainer qualifications and industry currency in a VET context.
- Extensive knowledge of VET and VCE frameworks, including curriculum development and validation practices.
