Job Overview
A rapidly growing organization is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance systems, frameworks, and practices across VCE and VET offerings.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in audit preparedness, legislative requirements, and curriculum quality to drive strategic leadership and expert advice within our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance frameworks for VCE and VET delivery.
  • Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory bodies, including ASQA and VRQA.
  • Lead institutional readiness during internal and external audits and reviews.
  • Review and verify the development, validation, and verification of curriculum, training packages, and assessment tools.
  • Verify qualifications and industry currency of trainers and assessors.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance practices for training delivery, assessment outcomes, and student record management.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and funding bodies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance compliance capability across teaching and administration staff.
  • Contribute to policy development and review processes aligned with best practice compliance and governance.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on compliance risks and legislative changes impacting VET and VCE programs.

Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of VET and VCE frameworks, including curriculum development and validation practices.
  • Demonstrated experience managing audits and compliance reviews, with strong analytical skills.
  • Leadership capability, with experience managing teams and projects.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex legislation and provide strategic advice.
