Job Overview

The primary role of this position is to create detailed technical drawings for installation and construction works on various sites. This includes managing and mentoring design drafting staff, ensuring designs are accurate and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create precise CAD drawings in a timely manner to meet client standards.
  • Develop structural CAD drawings including tower installations, rooftop foundations, and other structural details.
  • Produce fabrication drawings for installation and construction works as required.
  • Maintain drawing standards and libraries to ensure consistency.
  • Implement and manage CAD quality management systems.
  • Lead the development of CAD processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Hold an engineering certificate or equivalent training in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD).
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in drafting, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge of CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, and familiarization with 3D modeling software such as TEKLA, Revit, or Solid Works is beneficial.
