This is a chance to secure employment with a well-recognised, rapidly expanding support service.
- You will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within independent living settings (SIL/Group Homes).
- You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our team to ensure a person-centered culture within the program.
You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including; domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.
This position ensures the operation of an independent living setting with administrative functions whilst providing leadership and mentoring to a team of Support Workers to support and develop skill capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Mentor and supervise Support Workers to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve program goals.
