The opportunity to lead category growth and development is now available. This role can be based out of Brisbane or Melbourne, with a focus on cabinet hardware and architectural hardware markets.

Key Responsibilities

You will set the strategic direction for our categories and sub-categories, utilising data to uncover opportunities and deliver recommendations to our customers. You will own an insight-led innovation process focused on category development through a strong pipeline of profitable NPD and innovation initiatives.

Essential Skills

We are looking for someone who is passionate about category management, with experience in innovation, new product development, and supplier onboarding and management. You should have a successful track record of delivering commercial outcomes and be proficient in Excel and other platforms of MS Suite.
