Car Detailing Category Lead

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead our Car Detailing category.

About the Opportunity:

This is a unique chance to join a leading specialty retail business and take charge of a fast-paced, high-turnover category. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing a customer-focused category strategy, managing profitability, and maintaining effective relationships with trade partners.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing a comprehensive category strategy that delivers strategic plan and commercial performance
  • Managing the optimization of profitability through effective negotiations and promotional planning
  • Maintaining effective relationships with domestic trade partners and overseas sourcing teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in category management or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in an omni-channel retailer (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
