We are seeking a driven Senior Contract Administrator to join the delivery team of a major hotel project.
About the Role- End-to-end contract administration of head contracts and subcontract packages is crucial for ensuring project success.
- We require someone who can lead procurement, tender negotiations, scope clarifications, and amending contracts effectively.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing variations, progress claims, claims certification, and payment reviews with precision.
- Providing accurate cost forecasts, budget reporting, and profit and loss analysis will be key to our decision-making process.
- A strong understanding of commercial risks, delays, and claim disputes is essential for this role.
- We value building strong relationships with commercial, site, and client teams.
- The successful candidate will ensure adherence to contractual, statutory, and compliance standards.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
- You have 5–7+ years' experience in contract administration on major commercial or hospitality projects.
- A proven track record of managing large-scale new build contract administration is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong commercial acumen, and analytical rigour are must-haves.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- You should be proficient with MS Office and cost management software.
