Job Opportunity:Ambrose is a not-for-profit social enterprise providing Early Years Learning and School Age Care services.We are seeking an experienced professional to lead day-to-day operations of our School Age Care Service team with a focus on coaching and building capability.This role involves monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations under the National Quality Framework, managing staff allocation, resources, and delivering high-quality services in a safe and caring environment.
  • Diploma in Children's Services / School Age Care or relevant discipline preferred
  • Valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis Certification
  • Valid Working Rights in Australia

We value experience working with children and families in the early years, as well as leadership experience in early years' education and care or similar roles. If you have strong knowledge of pedagogical leadership and the ability to build relationships with families and carers, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
