Job Title: Facility Manager Aged Care

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of an 80-bed residential aged care facility based in Sydney's Inner West.

About the Role:

The Facility Manager will lead day-to-day operations, provide leadership and direction to staff members, ensure a high level of care is maintained for all residents, and drive business performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and manage staff
  • Ensure high quality care is provided to residents
  • Lead teams to achieve business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in aged care standards and compliance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Facility Manager in Residential Aged Care
  • AHPRA Registered Nurse
