Disability Employment Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity for an individual to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with disability.
We are seeking a dynamic and solution-focused professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. In this capacity, you will work closely with job seekers to help them overcome obstacles and secure employment.
Your primary focus will be on facilitating the development of opportunities with employers and creating strong ties with community stakeholders. You will also be responsible for advocating for clients and helping employers see the advantages of hiring people with disability.
You will have the opportunity to get out on the road, meet new people, and make a real difference in your community.
Key Responsibilities- Help job seekers find employment.
- Collaborate with the community and employers to support job seekers.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
- Source vacancies and develop leads to support job seeker employment goals.
- Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive onboarding program designed to ensure success in the role.
