We are seeking a skilled Retail Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about innovation and technology, with a desire to learn and self-improve.

As a Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while juggling multiple tasks or customers. You will also have the opportunity to work with the latest in drone and gimbal technology, and to develop your skills and knowledge in this area.

Key responsibilities of the role include achieving store-based KPIs, delivering exceptional customer service, providing in-depth product knowledge of DJI products and services, demonstrating different products on offer including test flying drones, assisting in New Pilot Experience Training sessions, assisting customers setting up their drone for the first time and troubleshooting common issues, embracing our core values, and working with the latest in drone and gimbal technology.

About you:

- A passionate, dedicated individual who has a desire to learn and self-improve.
- Retail & Sales experience is ideal but not necessary.
- Interest in drones, cameras and technology is ideal but not necessary.
- Outstanding listening, communication, and people skills.
- Good personal presentation and a positive can-do attitude.
