About this Opportunity

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a full-time Education Counsellor to work with students in Sydney, providing them with information about studying in Australian universities and institutions.

This role involves designing study plans, liaising between students and admission officers, participating in student activities, and making outbound calls or sending messages to targeted clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing customized study plans for students
  • Liaising between students and university admissions staff
  • Promoting educational programs and services to students
  • Making targeted outreach efforts to prospective clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor degree or above, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Chinese and English. You should also have strong writing abilities in both languages and a sales and service promotion background.

A background in education consulting is highly preferred but not mandatory. We are looking for an ideal candidate with experience in counselling, preferably for at least one year, and work authorisation in Australia.
