Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented nursing professional to join our leadership team as an Associate Director of Nursing. As a key member of the hospital's management team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of engagement, prioritizing patient experience, and fostering a safe, open, and learning environment.
Your clinical skills, excellent leadership capabilities, and positive approach to work will ensure your success in this role. You will report directly to the Director of Nursing and work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Grow and lead the team in providing safe, informed, adaptive, and values-led care to patients, families, and Visiting Medical Officers.
- Promote an effective, safe, skilled, and cooperative multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Be an influential role model for exemplary customer service and embed processes to improve service to patients and provide professional clinical leadership.
- Lead the teams to a culture of engagement through prioritising the patient and employee experience.
- Promote an environment of safety, openness, and learning through engaging with and embedding Healthscope standards, policies, and processes.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent Registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrable experience with successfully delivering multi-disciplined clinical services.
- Demonstrable experience in improving budget performance.
- Demonstrable experience in leading teams to a culture of engagement and high-performance.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering excellence in business results.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
