As an Administrative Support Officer at Assumption College, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Business Manager and other delegates as directed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and agendas
- Providing administration support for Master Plan Projects
- Creating, formatting, and updating key documents
- Scanning and filing documents for archive on File Director
- Performing various administrative tasks
- Preparing letters and correspondence
- Managing the Business Manager's diary
You will also be responsible for assisting with efficient communication flow to and from the Business Manager and providing backup support for Reception duties as required.
