  • Formulate products accurately using batch calculators and maintain detailed formulation records.
  • Maintain and repair equipment and plant; report any issues or breakdowns immediately.
  • Manage inventory and stock, including participation in all stocktakes.
  • Oversee the receipt, preparation, and dispatch of all goods.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, promote a safe working environment, and ensure all activities comply with industry standards.
  • Liaise with transport operators and coordinate logistics, ensuring the seamless supply of products.
  • Display a willingness to be flexible in response to production demands.
  • Support the evolving needs of the business, including the development of SOPs and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
