We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our mid-senior level team as a Community Engagement Manager. This role combines premium concierge services with innovative community development programs, ensuring residents experience exceptional lifestyle initiatives while benefiting from enriching experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering inclusive community programs, workshops, and events that promote connection and engagement. They will collaborate with councils, service providers, and community groups to enhance community relationships and manage event logistics, sponsorships, marketing, and communications to ensure successful community experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Development: Design and deliver engaging community programs, workshops, and events that foster connection and community spirit.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with councils, service providers, and community groups to establish strong relationships and leverage opportunities for community growth.
- Event Management: Manage event logistics, sponsorships, marketing, and communications to ensure successful community experiences.
- Impact Monitoring: Monitor program impact and provide insights for continuous improvement, maintaining high standards of safety and service.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to manage complex tasks and relationships.
- Community Development Experience: Experience in event planning, community development, or hospitality to drive community engagement.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, balancing individual needs with community goals.
