
Project Coordinator Lead

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to lead our relocation projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a natural leader who wants to develop their project supervision skills and take charge of onsite client liaison duties on office relocations, FF&E transport and installation, warehouse relocations and more.
As a Project Supervisor, you will work closely with management and your removals team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients before, during and after project commencement.
- Planning and managing relocations.
- Leading and briefing project team members.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all documentation and reporting requirements related to each project.
- Budget management.
This role involves a hands-on approach, so it also requires a physical aspect.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Strong leadership and administration skills.
- Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
- A deadline-focused approach to each project.
- A strong customer service focus to ensure high quality standards are met.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organisational ability.
- A team player.
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office is essential.
