About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ergonomics Advisor to join our team at Alstom. As an Ergonomics Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding the industrial ergonomics of our manufacturing activities, structuring the ergonomic approach of the site, and training cross-functional teams around ergonomics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adapt the work to the human being, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Structure the ergonomic approach of the site, aligning with Alstom's standards and requirements.
  • Train, support, and mobilize various actors during projects around ergonomics, including PME, Production, Logistics, and Tooling teams.
  • Participate in design phases for critical assemblies, utilizing simulations tools to check the relevance of industrial orientations versus Return on Experience.
  • Ensure proper implementation of standards and assessment tools, monitoring site performance versus ergo indicators and dashboard.
  • Represent site interests in ergonomics at the APAC region level, ensuring the application of Alstom's ergo standards in industrial activities.
Requirements
  • Ergonomics Degree (or equivalent) and relevant experience with methodology of ergonomic intervention, as well as knowledge of people at work organizations (anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, psychology).
  • Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) with Human Factors & Ergonomics Society of Australia (HFESA), or eligible for certification.
  • Experience in industrial environments, preferably in the railway industry, and experience in project management.
  • Working knowledge in Quality and EHS standards, and familiarity with ergonomic analysis tools.
