Project Leader Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead project activities, planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered on time and according to objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
  • Leading and coordinating project teams, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan, and managing project resources effectively
  • Tracking project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including project team members
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success
  • Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
  • Managing project resources, including human resources and equipment
  • Overseeing project expenses and ensuring projects stay within budget constraints
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in project management
  • Knowledge of the payments technology, IT systems and the financial industry
  • Understanding of Payments industry and NPP products desirable
