Making a Difference in the Community

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Funeral Arrangement Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families and individuals during their most challenging times.

As a Funeral Arrangement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the funeral arrangement process. This includes meeting with families to arrange and plan funeral services, coordinating service details with cemeteries, clergy, celebrants, florists, and other providers, preparing legal documentation, bookings, and service-related paperwork, and working closely with a dedicated team to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a genuine sense of empathy and commitment to supporting bereaved families, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage changing priorities, confidence working under pressure and resilience in the face of change, and a current SA driver's licence and current police clearances.

You will also need to have previous experience as a Funeral Arranger, Conductor, Director, or relevant experience in a similar role, such as clergy, celebrant, customer service or event management.
