Job Title:

Chef Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to lead our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and kitchen, managing key performance indicators, supervising and coaching team members, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Develop and implement menu planning and pricing strategies
  • Train and mentor new staff members
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of success in kitchen management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
