Our ideal candidate for this Assistant Store Manager role will be a people person, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate our sales team. They will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a dynamic and fun role where you will assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including managing inventory and optimising product displays. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating our amazing sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to coach and develop their team members. They will be proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.

As our Assistant Store Manager, you will be an integral part of our retail family and play a key role in shaping the future of retail. You will contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations
  • Managing inventory and optimising product displays
  • Leading and motivating our sales team
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Problem-solving and making quick decisions
  • Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies
