As a seasoned Corporate Communications leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our communications vision across internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy to support corporate objectives and enhance brand reputation through strategic messaging and reputational opportunities.
  • Act as the primary communications advisor to executives on corporate profile building, executive messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage all corporate media engagement, including ASX announcements, product launches, and thought leadership campaigns to drive business results.
  • Oversee messaging for half-year and full-year results, partnering with Investor Relations, including media releases, presentations, and annual reports.
  • Lead corporate issues management and crisis communication response to ensure timely, accurate, and aligned messaging.
  • Finalize all external communications, including media, social channels, and executive speaking engagements, to maintain consistency and authenticity.
  • Oversee company-wide communications, including monthly town halls, weekly newsletters, and intranet content, to foster engagement, transparency, and connection.
  • Craft compelling narratives for executives, positioning the organization as a fintech and payments innovator through speeches, talking points, and thought leadership content.
Requirements:
  • Senior Corporate Communications leadership experience, preferably in finance, technology, or regulated industries.
  • Experience working in or with listed companies, with a strong grasp of disclosure requirements and investor-facing communications.
  • Proven success advising and influencing CEOs, executives, and boards on strategic matters.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships that deliver business outcomes.
  • Agility, resilience, and sound judgment in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
